By accessing or using Trisun's websites, products, and services (including SipherMail), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Description of Services

Trisun provides AI-powered software products, secure communication tools, and developer platforms. Our services include but are not limited to Sipher AI, SipherMail, SipherMessenger, CloudForge, DevKit, EdgeML, and Metrics Hub. SipherMail is an end-to-end encrypted email service offered as a digital subscription product with free and paid plans. 4. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA where required) to use our services. To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include violating laws, sending spam or phishing, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property, or attempting to breach security.

6. Fees, Billing & Taxes

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated and may exclude applicable taxes. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.

• Web payments are processed by Stripe and similar providers
• Mobile in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for eligible web purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (generally within 14 days of purchase for qualifying requests). App Store and Google Play refunds must be requested from Apple or Google.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Trisun and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create or store in the service (such as email content), subject to the limited license needed to operate the service.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trisun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to paid services shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
