Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of Trisun products and services, including SipherMail. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or bulk unsolicited commercial messages
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
  • Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
  • Interfere with or degrade service infrastructure or other users' access
  • Use automated bots or scrapers without prior written permission
  • Resell or sublicense access except as expressly allowed in your plan

3. Email & Messaging Specific Rules

For SipherMail and related communication products, you must also comply with:

  • Applicable anti-spam and electronic communications laws
  • Plan sending limits and SMTP rate limits
  • No use of our platforms to operate open relays or abuse mailing lists

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, throttle or suspend accounts, and report illegal activity to law enforcement. Where appropriate, we will notify the account holder. Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated for AUP violations.
